With its “Alpa” brand, Eksun is the foremost player in patisserie and luxury flour types in Turkey. This group is called Aqua Feed / Soft Noodle and as the name implies, it is best for aqua and shrimp farms and for making traditional soft noodle.

Industrial Sandwich and Toast Bread Production

Gluten: 30.00 % min.
Protein: 12.50 % min.
Ash: 0.65 % max.
Moisture: 14.00 % max.

This group is called Grade Plus, and it is best for English toast bread, sweet bread, tea bread, and sandwich bread products.

Patisserie and Classical Industrial bakery

This group is called Grade 1 and best for high technology bakeries, and for Arabic bread and patisserie products.

This group called Grade 4 and best for biscuit and wafer, also would be very efficient as non-raising flour.
