Ebubekir Tivnikli, who completed his undergraduate education in Business Management at Marmara University, started his professional career in the Commercial Banking Sales department at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. Later, he held positions as the Assistant Purchasing Director at Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. and as Purchasing Director at Eksim Yatırım Holding. Subsequently, he served as a Board Member and Head of Supply Chain at Eksim Yatırım Holding, Eksun Gıda, and Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board at Eksim Yatırım Holding, Dicle Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., Eksim Enerji A.Ş., Dicle Kök Enerji Yatırım A.Ş., and Eksun Gıda Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in 1959 in Sinop, Osman Arıoğlu graduated from İzmir Karataş High School in 1975 and from the Faculty of Political Science, Department of Economics and Finance at Ankara University in 1979. He started his career in 1980 after passing the Assistant Auditor exam by the Ministry of Finance. In 1984, he passed the qualification exam and was appointed as an Account Specialist. In 1988-1989, he was sent to England by the Ministry of Finance to conduct studies and investigations on municipal revenues.. From 1989 to 1994, he served as Deputy Treasurerof Istanbul, and from 1994 to 1999, he was Assistant General Manager of Revenuesat the Ministry of Finance. In 1999, Mr. Arıoğlu served as the Director General of Revenues for a while and was reappointed as the Director General of Revenues in 2002. In 2005, with the establishment of the Revenue Administration, Mr. Arıoğlu assumed the position of the Revenue Administration and remained in this position until his retirement at the end of 2007. Between 2003 and 2008, he served as a member of the Joint Board of Directors of Public Banks and as a member of the Board of Directors of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. He was among the founders of AKT Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. and Cc Yapı A.Ş. and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cc Yapı A.Ş. for a whileAdditionally, he founded his own consultancy, Arıoğlu İş Geliştirme ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti. He has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board at Eksim Yatırım Holding since 2016 and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Eksun Gıda.

Born in Üsküdar, Istanbul, in 1990, Mustafa Tivnikli completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Sabancı University. After graduation, he started his career as a Management Trainee at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. He later worked as a Budget Reporting Specialist at Eksim Yatırım Holding and was promoted to the position of Budget Reporting Manager at Eksun Gıda. He currently serves as a Board Member at Eksun Gıda and Eksim Yatırım Holding, as well as Head of Supply Chain at Eksim Yatırım Holding.

Born in Istanbul in 1969, Ahmet Demir completed his undergraduate education in Finance and International Business at Ohio State University. After graduation, he began his career as a Manager at BEM Dış Ticaret A.Ş. He served as General Manager at Eksun Gıda from 2005 to 2013. Later, he became the Chairman of the Board at Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım ve Perakende Satış A.Ş. He currently serves as the Food Group President at Eksim Yatırım Holding and as a Board Member and General Manager at Eksun Gıda.

Mehmet Nihat Ömeroğlu graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 1971. He served as a judge in various cities between 1974 and 2005 and was the President of the Bursa High Criminal Court. In 2005, he was appointed as a member of the Supreme Court, where he served until 2012. On November 27, 2012, he was elected as the Chief Public Ombudsman of the Republic of Türkiye at the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and served in this position until 2017. He served as a Board Member at Türkiye Halk Bankası between 2017 and 2018 and at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. between 2018 and 2020. Ömeroğlu has published numerous professional articles and studies in the national media, and has been participated in interviews on TV. He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Eksun Gıda.

Born in Isparta in 1959, Abidin Özyörük graduated from Boğaziçi University in Business Administration and holds an MBA from Indiana University. After university, he worked at Ülker in Istanbul and Saudi Arabia, followed by Procter & Gamble from 1988 to 1996 in Istanbul and Canada. He joined Pepsi Cola in 1998 and worked in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, starting as a Financial Analyst and later serving as Controller and CFO. From 2004 to 2006, he was COO responsible for international operations and exports at Ülker, and from 2007 to 2011, he worked as COO at Bahamdan Group in Saudi Arabia. In these positions, he served as general manager, board of directors and committee members in investee companies. Between 2011 and 2016, he worked as General Manager at an apple production company and has been engaged in large-scale apple production at his company, Nurlar Tarım, since 2016. He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Eksun Gıda.

Born in Oltu in 1968, Aydın Seyman graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in 1989. He started his professional career in 1990 at the Istanbul Stock Exchange, playing a key role in implementing the trading system used by the Exchange from 1993 to 2015. In 1995, he was appointed as Manager in the same department, became Manager of Surveillance in 1998, and served as Deputy Chairman of the Inspection and Surveillance Board in 2003. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy President of Markets and contributed to the development of the BISTECH (Borsa Istanbul Technology) Project. He also served as CTO in 2014-2015, while also holding the role of COO. After resigning from Borsa Istanbul in 2016, he became a Board Advisor for Turkish Mercantile Exchange and helped launch the market in 2019. He continues to support the company's electronic transformation project. During this period, he served as a member of the Board of Directors at Vadeli İşlem ve Opsiyon Borsası A.Ş. between 2009 and 2014 and at a licensed warehousing company between 2015 and 2018. Mr. Seyman holds a Master's degree in Economics from Istanbul University (1996) and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute of Social Sciences of the same university (2006). He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Eksun Gıda.
