Hasan Abdullah Özkan completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland in the United States. He has applied the technical knowledge and skills acquired during his education to his career, holding various managerial and executive positions at several global companies, where he has proven himself.

From 2012 to 2016, Özkan worked as a manager in the energy group of Eksim Holding, leading significant projects in the energy sector. The knowledge and experience he gained during this period solidified his position as a leading executive in the energy industry. From 2016 to 2023, he served as the Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of the Sunar Group of Companies, where he excelled in strategic management across all sectors in which the group operated, leading to successful outcomes. During this time, he made significant contributions to the growth and strengthened the market position of the Sunar Group of Companies.

Hasan Abdullah Özkan has extensive knowledge in the agricultural industry and is recognized as an expert in this field. He also holds senior positions in various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) comprised of professional businesspeople, where he showcases his leadership skills. Through these NGOs, he contributes to the development of the business world and social projects.

As of September 2023, Özkan has been appointed as a Eksim Holding’s Board Member. In this role, he actively contributes to achieving the strategic goals and corporate vision of the holding. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he supports Eksim Holding's growth and sustainability objectives as a board member. In 2025, he assumed the position of President and CEO of Eksun Food Group.

Born in 1976 in Istanbul, he completed his bachelor's degree in the Department of English Business Administration at Uluslararası Karadeniz Üniversitesi. After his education, he started his professional career as the Foreign Trade Chief at Tutanlar Motorlu Araçlar Tic. ve San. A.Ş. He worked as the Import and Procurement Manager at the Foreign Trade Department of Yıldız Holding A.Ş. He then took on the role of Sales and Foreign Trade Operations Manager at ATS Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. He served as the Group Manager responsible for Procurement, Product Development, New Product Project Management, and Innovation Management at the Headquarters and Group Companies of Yıldız Holding A.Ş. He also worked as the General Manager at Etis Lojistik A.Ş., one of the companies of the Negmar Group. He served as the Supply Chain Coordinator & Tender Committee Chairman at Anadolu Birlik Holding A.Ş. He is currently continuing his career as the Deputy General Manager of Factories and Supply Chain at Eksun Gıda.
